Service Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Clean Warks cleaning services and our website at cleanwarks.com. By booking a Clean Warks service — whether by phone, WhatsApp, online booking portal, or in person — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Clean Warks ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. These Terms apply to all services offered by Clean Warks across Kerala and Bangalore.
User Obligations
By booking our services, you agree to the following obligations:
- Safe working conditions: You must provide a safe working environment for our cleaning team. This includes ensuring that the property is accessible, well-lit, and free from hazards that could endanger our staff during the service.
- Secure valuables: Please secure or store away valuables, fragile items, important documents, jewellery, and any items of sentimental or financial significance before our team arrives. Clean Warks is not liable for loss or damage to unsecured valuables.
- Access to utilities: You must ensure that the property has access to running water and electricity during the service period, as our cleaning equipment and processes require both.
- Pet management: Pets must be supervised or secured during the service. Please inform us in advance if pets are present in the property. This is for the safety of both our team and your pet.
- Accurate booking information: You are responsible for providing accurate information about the property size, service requirements, and any specific conditions that may affect the service (e.g., pest presence, hazardous materials, structural issues).
- Access to property: You must ensure that our team can access the property at the agreed booking time. Failure to provide access may result in the full service charge being applied.
Service Scope
The scope of each cleaning service is defined at the time of booking based on the service type selected and any specific instructions provided. The following applies to service scope:
- Services are limited to the areas and tasks specified and confirmed at the time of booking. Our team will not perform work beyond the agreed scope without prior authorisation.
- Additional work requested on the day of service (beyond the original scope) may be quoted separately and will require your approval before commencement.
- Clean Warks reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside our standard service capabilities or that would require specialised equipment not included in the booking.
- Service times are estimates. Complex properties or additional tasks may require more time. We will communicate any significant time variations to you as early as possible.
Liability
Clean Warks takes great care in delivering every service. However, the following limitations apply to our liability:
- Pre-existing damage: Clean Warks is not liable for any pre-existing damage, stains, deterioration, or structural issues present in the property before our team's arrival. We recommend inspecting and documenting such conditions before the service if concerned.
- Wear and tear: Our products and techniques are selected to be safe for standard residential and commercial surfaces. We are not liable for damage to surfaces that are worn, aged, improperly sealed, or otherwise unable to withstand standard cleaning processes.
- Improperly secured items: Clean Warks is not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or stored away before the service, including decorative items, electronics, loose fixtures, or unsecured furniture.
- Liability cap: In the event of a proven incident caused by our team's negligence, our liability is limited to the total cost of the service for which the incident occurred. We do not accept liability for consequential, incidental, or indirect losses.
- Staff indemnity: Clean Warks maintains internal indemnity coverage for our staff members' actions during the course of service delivery. All our cleaners are trained, verified, and covered under our operational policies.
If you believe damage has occurred during a service, you must report it to us within 24 hours of service completion by calling 8304000046 or emailing cleanwarks@gmail.com.
Payment Terms
The following payment terms apply to all Clean Warks services:
- In-home services: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prepayment arrangement has been agreed at the time of booking.
- Online bookings: Bookings made through our online portal (blrbooking.cleanwarks.com) may require pre-payment or a deposit to confirm the slot.
- Accepted payment methods: We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfer. Specific payment options may vary by location.
- Pricing: All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
- Late payment: We reserve the right to decline future bookings from clients with outstanding unpaid amounts.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Clean Warks website — including text, images, logos, service descriptions, and design elements — is the property of Clean Warks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as our online booking portal). Clean Warks is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
Amendments to These Terms
Clean Warks may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at cleanwarks.com/terms-conditions/. Continued use of our services after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
We will endeavour to notify existing clients of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email where contact details are available.
Termination
Clean Warks reserves the right to terminate or suspend service to any client who:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Behaves in an abusive, threatening, or unsafe manner towards our staff.
- Provides fraudulent or materially inaccurate booking information.
- Has outstanding unpaid service charges.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, your use of our services, or our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably before pursuing formal legal remedies.
