Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Clean Warks, we stand behind the quality of every service we deliver. We know that plans change and sometimes things don't go as expected. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Windows

  • More than 24 hours before service: Free cancellation. No charge applies. You will receive a full refund if payment was made in advance.
  • Within 24 hours of service: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service cost applies. This covers the cost of the team being prepared, allocated, and en route to your location.
  • No-show (team unable to access your property at the scheduled time): The full service cost is charged. This applies if the team arrives and is unable to gain entry, or if you are unavailable without prior notice.

To cancel your booking, please call 8304000046 or WhatsApp us as early as possible. We understand emergencies happen — please communicate with us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling Windows

  • More than 12 hours before service: Free rescheduling. No charge applies. We will confirm a new slot at your convenience.
  • Within 12 hours of service: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may attract an administrative fee of ₹200.
  • One free reschedule per booking: Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule. Additional rescheduling requests may attract a ₹200 administrative fee per reschedule.

Service Satisfaction & Refund Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all Clean Warks services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work completed, here is our process:

Step-by-Step Satisfaction Process

  • Step 1 — Report within 24 hours: Contact us within 24 hours of service completion by calling 8304000046 or emailing cleanwarks@gmail.com. Describe the specific areas or tasks you are not satisfied with.
  • Step 2 — Free re-clean: We will schedule a re-clean of the specific areas of concern at no additional charge, typically within 24–48 hours of your report.
  • Step 3 — Refund assessment: If the re-clean does not meet your expectations, we will assess the situation and, at our discretion based on the nature and extent of the concern, offer a partial or full refund of the service cost.

Refund claims submitted more than 24 hours after service completion may not be eligible for a full refund but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

Refunds will be issued to the same account, card, or UPI ID used to make the original payment. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or to a third party.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services completed to the agreed scope of work, where dissatisfaction arises from a change in personal preference after completion.
  • Cancellations within the 24-hour window (subject to the 50% charge outlined above).
  • No-show or inaccessible property at the time of the scheduled service.
  • Damage to items that were improperly stored, not secured, or pre-existing before our team's arrival.

Please provide your booking details (name, date, service address) and a description of the concern. We aim to respond to all refund and complaint requests within one business day.

Changes to This Policy

Clean Warks reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available at cleanwarks.com/refund-policy/. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
